Minimum two 1 hour in home appointments (friends, family, spouses, children) in one day, one right after the other for $55/hr if you are within 15 min of Willowbrook.

Minimum 4 one hour in home appointments in one day, one right after the other for $50/hr if you are farther than 15 min from Willowbrook.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If 48 hours notice is not given up to the full price of your canceled appointment may be taken off your pre paid package.

Dr.'s Nicole and Chris can bill insurance for chiropractic and massage services. Many clients are surprised to find out their insurance covers all or majority of Therapeutic Massage services.
